Only 2 hours from Paris in the heart of Sancerre, one of the most beautiful villages in France appreciated for its vineyard, history and artisanal heritage, FÓLKLORE embodies an innovative concept of intimate hospitality and nomadic bistronomie around wine tourism.
Its founders, Sami ENNAIFER and Jérémy CAMPY as well as the architect Francesca ERRICO, have imagined a place where every detail brings a little soul to discover the "savoir-faire" of the region and offer you an immersive experience in the heart of the vineyard.

FÓLKLORE offers a new concept of Boutique Hotel . Unique in its style, it is a timeless setting with its 4 signature suites, its hanging garden and its gourmet snack that revisits the culinary classics of the region around wine. A real French riad. Our guests are invited to go behind the scenes of the Snack Bar Gourmand to discover the hotel which reveals an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation around the hanging garden.
Each suite, with its exceptional view, is unique in style and works created exclusively for FÓLKLORE , allowing a privileged experience by celebrating the local art of living. Our suites, with their noble materials and carefully chosen colors, reflect the perfect alliance between the authenticity of the terroir and a refined modernity. Guests are invited to live a personalized experience where comfort, privacy and refinement are harmoniously combined.
Breakfasts (served in suite or on the elegant hanging garden) are cooked by revisiting local products.
Children can be accommodated in the suites La Botanique, La Cuvée and La Céramique.
Our dog friends are welcome in the suite La Botanique.

FÓLKLORE CASSE DALLE GOURMAND was born from the love that its founders have for bistronomy, local products and Sancerre wines. Epicureans in the soul and lovers of the region, they wish to contribute to the influence of Sancerre by valuing local producers.
In this warm and intimate setting, the FÓLKLORE snack reinvents lunch with a nomadic bistronomie. Local products, carefully selected by committed artisans, are sublimated in recipes combining gourmet and Berry flavors.
A selection of wines from the region that varies regularly allows you to enjoy quality taste agreements. It is therefore a true taste escape that celebrates the best of the region, always in accordance with seasonality and respect for the terroir.
